By using this website or booking a call or session with Adeena Halberstam / Matches by Adeena (“we,” “us”), you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide private dating coaching for Orthodox Jewish adults dating for marriage. Coaching is practical, goal-focused support.

• Coaching is not matchmaking. Booking coaching does not include paid matchmaking, active match searching, or a promise of introductions.
• Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not replace care from a licensed mental health professional.
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including that coaching will lead to a match, relationship, or marriage.

Scheduling, Fees, and Cancellations

The free discovery call and paid session pricing in effect at the time of booking apply to your booking. All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased sessions or packages, including unused sessions in a package. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a new time.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to use this website and our services for their intended purpose. Please do not submit sensitive medical, psychiatric, or financial details through this website.

Confidentiality

We treat what you share in a coaching session as private, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Matches by Adeena and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Coaching is provided for informational and developmental purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matches by Adeena is not liable for decisions you make in your personal or dating life based on coaching conversations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
