HOW IT WORKS
Real dating situations. Focused conversations. Clearer next steps.
Coaching is built around your actual dating life, not a generic course. We focus on what is happening now and what would make the biggest difference next.
Start with a free 10-minute discovery call.
Tell Adeena what has been happening and what you would like help with. This is a short, no-pressure conversation to see whether coaching feels like a good fit.
You can ask about her approach, packages, or a concern you are not sure belongs in coaching.
You do not need to commit to anything on the call.
Figure out what is actually keeping you stuck.
The first question is not always the real issue.
You may start with, “Should I go out again?” and discover that the harder question is whether you trust your own judgment.
You may think the problem is finding the right person and realize that you are dismissing people too quickly.
You may be focused on one frustrating date when the bigger issue is burnout from the entire process.
The goal is to identify the part that will be most useful to work on first.
Use 30-minute sessions to work through it.
Sessions are private and virtual. Each one has a clear focus.
You might spend a session processing a date, preparing for a difficult conversation, reviewing a pattern, talking through feedback, or getting clearer about the qualities you actually need in a spouse.
Adeena will ask questions, reflect what she is hearing, share her perspective, and help you turn the conversation into something practical.
Take the work back into real dating.
The point of coaching is not to become better at talking about dating. It is to make dating itself better.
After a session, use what you learned. Notice what changes. Try the conversation. Go on the next date with a different focus. Give your shadchan clearer feedback. Pay attention to the pattern you identified.
If you are working together over several sessions, the next conversation builds from what happened in real life.

You do not need homework before every call.
If there is a specific situation on your mind, bring it. If you have notes, feedback, a shidduch resume, or a message you want to discuss, have it nearby. Otherwise, just come ready to talk honestly.
Your coaching conversation is yours.
Coaching is designed to be a private place for you to think out loud. Adeena does not report back to parents, friends, or shadchanim about your sessions. If there is ever a reason you want another person involved in a conversation, discuss it with Adeena first and decide together what would actually be helpful.
A CLEARER DATING PROCESS CAN START WITH ONE CONVERSATION
Start with one conversation.
If you are not sure what you need yet, that is fine. The free discovery call is there to figure that out.
No pressure. Just a real conversation about where you are and what might help.
